- What is the "meet and greet"?
The "meet and greet" is a time for you to bring your dog over for a private visit. We will fill out the necessary
medical and general information forms. You will have time to ask questions and see the areas that your dog will use
to eat, sleep and play while visiting. It is also a time to assess if your dog is a good fit. Dogs must be neutered/spayed,
housebroken, healthy, and friendly with people and dogs since they are not kenneled. I do not schedule a dog for boarding
until after the meet and greet assessment has been completed.
I charge 25.00 per 24 hour day per dog. I do not pro-rate the charge. A day is figured from morning to
morning. For your convenience I have an evening pick-up from 6 to 8 Mon to Sat.
- Will my dog be kept in a kennel all day?
Absolutely not! If you request that your dog sleep in a crate at night we will put him in it.
However dogs are never crated all day.
- What type of dogs do you board?
We specialize in small breeds exclusively. Most of our visitors are under 25 pounds. They must be neutered/spayed,
healthy, clean, housebroken, non-aggressive with dogs and people.
You will be asked to bring your dog's own food, treats, and any medications needed. Our policy is strictly to
keep all dogs on their own food since changing their diet may cause stomach upsets.
